BPXchange Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to bpxchange. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bpxchange ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the bpxchange platform — including games, sports betting, live casino, Andar Bahar, poker, fishing games and all associated promotional activities — you confirm that you accept these Terms in full and without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of bpxchange immediately and not create or use a player account. Continued use of bpxchange after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. bpxchange will notify registered players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification.

In addition to these Terms, players are also bound by bpxchange's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this overall agreement. Please read those documents alongside these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

bpxchange is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, play or place bets on bpxchange. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. bpxchange reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time and to suspend account access until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Residency and Jurisdiction

You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using bpxchange is lawful in your location. bpxchange makes no representation that its services are legal or available in all jurisdictions. Players accessing bpxchange from territories where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk, and bpxchange accepts no liability for any consequences arising from such access.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one active bpxchange account. Operating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent bonus restrictions, withdrawal limits or other platform rules — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3. Account Registration and Security

To play on bpxchange you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details and a secure password. bpxchange reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request supporting documentation before approving account activation or processing financial transactions.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpxchange account credentials. You must not share your login details with anyone. bpxchange will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect any unauthorised use of your bpxchange account, contact our support team immediately.

Accurate Information

Providing false information during registration — including a false name, age, address or payment details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities. bpxchange takes fraud prevention seriously and actively monitors for misrepresentation.

• Register with your real legal name — this must match your payment account details for withdrawals to be processed.
• Use a strong, unique password for your bpxchange account that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enable any additional security features offered by bpxchange from time to time, including two-factor authentication where available.
• Notify bpxchange promptly of any changes to your contact information, especially your email address and phone number.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

bpxchange accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit on bpxchange is Rs 200. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as your bpxchange account.

Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your bpxchange wallet within seconds. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank. bpxchange does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — check with your provider before depositing.

Third-Party Payments

Deposits from payment accounts that do not belong to the registered bpxchange account holder are strictly prohibited. bpxchange will reject such transactions and may suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected. This rule exists to protect both players and the integrity of the bpxchange platform.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available bpxchange balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible and must be directed to an account in the same name as the registered bpxchange account.

Processing Times

bpxchange aims to process Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within three minutes during normal operating hours. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals follow similar timelines. IBFT bank withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. Occasional delays may occur during high-volume periods or where bpxchange is required to complete additional identity verification before releasing funds.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed by bpxchange.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met — see Section 6 for details.
• bpxchange reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts as part of its fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made, to prevent money laundering.

bpxchange does not charge fees on withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply its own charges; these are outside bpxchange's control.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

bpxchange offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, freerolls, cashback offers and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which form part of these overall Terms.

Wagering Requirements

Most bpxchange bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus balance can be converted into withdrawable real money. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion details on bpxchange. Failing to read these requirements before claiming a bonus is not grounds for exemption from them.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active on a bpxchange account at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity window stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically by bpxchange.
• bpxchange monitors for bonus abuse, including patterns of low-risk betting designed purely to clear wagering requirements. Accounts identified as abusing bonuses may have promotions cancelled and balances adjusted.
• Referral bonuses on bpxchange are credited only after the referred player completes their first deposit and meets minimum activity requirements.
• bpxchange reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on bpxchange — including live casino, Andar Bahar, poker, fishing games and slot titles — are governed by specific game rules accessible within each game. These game-level rules supplement these Terms and players are expected to familiarise themselves before playing.

Random Number Generation

All software-based games on bpxchange use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently audited to ensure true randomness and cannot be influenced or predicted by any party, including bpxchange itself. Live dealer games use physical cards and equipment dealt by real human dealers on camera — outcomes are determined by genuine physical processes and cannot be manipulated.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on bpxchange and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with bpxchange games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault are not valid and will be voided by bpxchange.
• Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive games on bpxchange.
• Any form of cheating, chip dumping, match-fixing or fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets on multiple outcomes to guarantee a profit regardless of result (arbitrage), where this is carried out systematically with the primary intent of extracting value from promotions.

bpxchange uses monitoring systems to detect suspicious play patterns. Players suspected of violating fair play rules may have their accounts suspended pending investigation and their game histories reviewed in detail.

8. Sports Betting Terms

Sports betting on bpxchange covers cricket, football, kabaddi and a range of other sports. The following specific terms apply to all sports wagers placed on bpxchange.

Bet Acceptance

bpxchange reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Odds displayed on bpxchange are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once bpxchange has confirmed your bet — as evidenced by the bet receipt in your account — the odds are locked and cannot be changed retrospectively.

Void Bets

Bets may be voided by bpxchange where an event is cancelled, abandoned or not completed within the time frame specified by the governing sporting body. In such cases, stakes are returned in full to the player's bpxchange wallet. Bets on individual player performance that become void due to that player not participating are also returned.

In-Play Betting

In-play betting on bpxchange allows wagers to be placed on live sporting events. bpxchange may suspend in-play betting markets at any time during an event, including immediately prior to a significant moment (a wicket, goal or other key event) where odds are materially uncertain. Bets placed just before a market suspension may be voided by bpxchange if the outcome was clearly foreseeable at the time of placement.

PSL and Cricket Betting

PSL and international cricket betting on bpxchange follows ICC and PCB match status guidelines. Rain-affected matches settled to official results under DLS or other recognised methods are settled according to the official outcome. bpxchange's live cricket score section provides real-time ball-by-ball data that players may use to inform in-play betting decisions.

9. Responsible Gaming Obligations

bpxchange is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all players with tools to manage their gaming activity and we take our obligations in this area seriously. Gaming on bpxchange should be a form of entertainment — if it stops being that, we want to help.

Available Self-Help Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps in your bpxchange account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased within the same period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure bpxchange to alert you after a set continuous playing duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a break from bpxchange for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Your account is paused but not closed.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from bpxchange. This closes your account with no option to reopen. All bonus balances are forfeited at the point of self-exclusion.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

bpxchange reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time where bpxchange reasonably believes that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Grounds for Immediate Suspension

• Providing false registration information or failing identity verification.
• Operating more than one account in violation of the single account policy.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or any other conduct designed to systematically extract value from bpxchange promotions in bad faith.
• Suspected money laundering or use of bpxchange to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Cheating, collusion or exploitation of technical errors in bpxchange games.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bpxchange will endeavour to communicate the reason and expected timeline to the account holder within a reasonable period. Players may request a review of suspension decisions by contacting bpxchange support.

Players may also close their own bpxchange account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any pending withdrawal requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bpxchange platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, interface design, text content, promotional materials and scoring data — is the intellectual property of bpxchange or its licensed content providers. No part of the bpxchange platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of bpxchange.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use bpxchange for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence is automatically revoked upon account closure or suspension.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpxchange shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue or any other form of financial loss beyond the direct amount at stake in a given transaction.

bpxchange does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures and other factors outside our direct control may occasionally affect platform availability. bpxchange will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance.

Where a technical fault on bpxchange results in a game result being inaccurately recorded or a payout being incorrectly calculated, bpxchange reserves the right to correct the error. If an error results in a player being credited with a larger win than they were genuinely entitled to, bpxchange will recover the overpayment from the player's account balance.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bpxchange reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, bpxchange will also notify registered players via email or an in-platform message.

Your continued use of bpxchange after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using bpxchange and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
